Wife and live comfortably for $1400 USD a month. We have money left over as well. Our rent in Bangkok is $258 a month. We take taxis or the BTS everywhere. Eat well. Lots to do in Bangkok. Never buy in Thailand, only rent.
I'm going to piggyback on what another gal in the comments suggested: copy and paste the question you posted into Google or AI like Claude or ChatGPT. Just to get your gears grinding...Good luck and have a good weekend!
I make it on $1700-1800 a month. If you’re a tourist maybe $3000 for a month because you’re paying for hotels, tours, etc. Just an estimate. Not including transportation.

Cost of living here would be between $2500 - $3000 a month , minimum. Anything less than that would be difficult. Don’t get me wrong , you could live on less but you’d have to do without many creature comforts. Personally . I’m a “fan” of aircon. Pun intended.
Quite impossible to answer depending on your goals. For a normal lifestyle but not exclusively you could calculate with approximately 2000usd monthly. Quite a few are living on less.
Jo Clemente until you get caught in a 'cash only' area like I did last year with no ATMs anywhere (Koh Libong) & have to rely on the hotel for everything... cost a fkn fortune!
I think they currently require ฿20,000 which is approximately $600 US. Or if that’s not required yet they’re just waiting for that to be formalized. That’s the minimum.
Linda Cheezecake Brown get the visa before arriving. Open bank account. Deposit 800,000 tbt. Apply for extension. How much money you'll need to live in depends on lifestyle, location etc.
