Would it actually be possible to make a “ visa - run “ by sea from Satun to Langkawi. 

I think there is boats going from Koh Libe to Langkawi.

The feasibility of making a visa run by sea from Satun to Langkawi is not possible at this time due to the current travel regulations. And so far for the possibility to use a boat for a visa run.

It is not possible as the island Langkawi is only open for air traffic. As this page is not a travel advice page to visit other countries, I close it down.

there are no boats to langkawi now, you are not allowed to cross the border with malaysia either

Depends on what you see as a visa run.

There is no Thai Embassy on Langkawi to provide you from a new visa.

You need to follow up the rules for entering Langkawi in Malaysia and before coming back the rules to enter Thailand according the Covid regulations.
