TLDR : Answer Summary
The feasibility of making a visa run by sea from Satun to Langkawi is not possible at this time due to the current travel regulations. As of now, there are no boats operating between Koh Lipe and Langkawi, and Malaysian borders are generally closed for crossings unless traveling by air. Additionally, Langkawi does not have a Thai Embassy to issue new visas.
And so far for the possibility to use a boat for a visa run.
It is not possible as the island Langkawi is only open for air traffic. As this page is not a travel advice page to visit other countries, I close it down.
