This is for those eligible Expats who already have an OA visa and want to return to Thailand, not new applications. No new applications for OA visas are being accepted. Visas are being granted, 'O' I think, only if you are married to a Thai or you are the parent of a Thai child.
thanks for your input. I emailed the Thai embassy in London and they replied to me stating I could apply for the OA as a new applicant. I can forward the email if you like. But the proof is in actually applying but I have had communication from someone who has successfully applied and been granted an OA from the UK. It seems everyone has a different experience at the moment.

Tracy Grey But do they or you have family in Thailand? Yes please forward your email to me. I will PM you with my email address. I usually winter in Thailand so I would love to get an OA to go now.
