TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the possibility of obtaining a re-entry stamp at the Aranyaprathet land crossing. Participants confirm that while it is not available at the border itself, re-entry permits can be obtained at the immigration office in Aranyaprathet town center. Concerns about the crossing's difficulties and the scrutiny from immigration officials are also highlighted, with some users advising against using this border due to potential complications.

Stay clear. They will scrutinise every page looking for a problem.
Today I wasted half day of my life at Chaengwattana. Problem solved! Too many people warned me about that immigration office and I decided not to take any chances.
Note Cambodian immigration will try and charge you 1,500 baht for the $30 visa
and 3-500 baht if you dont stay 1 night in Cambodia.,
also its a very busy border

I know it's a difficult crossing but I thought there must be a way... Or perhaps things have changed...

You can certainly get one in Aranyaprathet town centre. It's a long time since I've used the border crossing but don't remember seeing anything there

I’ll let others confirm about a re-entry permit, but everything we read on these forums warns to stay clear of that border crossing - even if you have valid visas.
