GO IMMEDIATELY to the border and try to cross. The thai side either closed last night <- meaning you are NOT gonna get in, OR it closes tonight <- meaning you need to go and cross NOW..Good Luck (y)

here's a thought, GO to the border and SEE if you can get in to thailand and what the requirements are for you to do it.I don't think ANYONE has the information you're seeking.
Face it you're IN Lao now, you don't have anything BUT time, so get a tuk tuk and head on over to the border and see if you can get in.

And not to be mean-spirited but you posted back on the 21st you were in Lao, why didn't you go to the border SATURDAY and try to cross? Before the entry requirements changed?
