I already  have an appointment at the Royal Thai Embassy in Ventianne,Laos for my non working B visa (work permit) on March 22 Tuesday. Can i still get pass at the border at Nong Khai and back?

To my knowledge, all land borders are closed for human traffic. You can not get a Lao visa to enter Lao. Cancel your appointment, and try to use a different process to stay.

Id cancel your appointment if you cant make it or you will be banned from making another appointment for a month and you might need it.
