My husband and I need to travel to Thailand on 12 Feb. Is it still possible to apply for Thaipass now?

We had successfully applied under AQ scheme before but were forced to postpone due to some emergency.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Two travelers inquire about applying for Thaipass before their trip to Thailand on February 12, after previously postponing their journey. Community members advise them to apply as soon as possible, highlighting the potential approval time of up to 7 days. They provide insights on necessary documentation for the Test and Go program, including hotel bookings and travel insurance requirements. Ultimately, the travelers report successfully obtaining their Thaipass prior to their travel date.

Update: we both got our Thaipass now. The hotel staff helped submitting our documents on Saturday morning. Mine came last night. My husband's one was issued this morning. Finally we can head home. Thanks so much for all of the comments.

Apply now as seems there only issuing them to people flying with in a day or so and cashing in on agents “ speeding it up” magically via payments old systems was much better with out 3rd parties getting there mitts into private business.

Yes, you should be able to get this done. If it’s Test and Go you’ll need to upload your SHA+ hotel stays for days one and five, your vaccination records and flight information. Best of luck to you.

for the 5 day test can it be done in my province or go where they say

Oh, and you’ll need a policy with USD 50K coverage . This forum has suggestions in that regard

yes thank you. we previously succesfully applied for AQ just that we had to re-apply as our trip was postponed. I am a Thai so its not that bad just worried about my husband. Keeping fingers crossed that it can still be done in a week.

Should be ok if you get everything in 7 days prior. We’re the family make up. Safe travels

The instructions say to allow up to 7 days for approval, so you should be OK.

Trying my best to contact the hotel. We previously paid for the AQ and they said they can make it test & go. Really hoping it is possible. T T.

Yes the sooner the better. It can take 7 days for approval

Apply, but you’re cutting it fine for approval.

yes. I'm pretty worried about that. Our previous thaipass was approved within a day but now it seemed the situation changed.
