TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, it is normal to receive a stamp on your passport instead of a big sticker visa if you have an e-visa. The e-visa system does not provide the traditional visa sticker; instead, you will only receive entry and exit stamps upon entering and exiting Thailand. The visa is effectively contained in the email confirmation you received, which serves as your digital visa.

Sticker visas are no longer issued by consular offices and your visa is that 1 page PDF that you were emailed.

Yes, normal. You have an e-visa, which means your โ€œbig stickerโ€ is the email you received. Prior to moving to the e-system, when you applied in person at an embassy, the embassy would give you that big sticker, but not anymore. Immigration never gives that, they always give you entry and exit stamps.

Big sticker is a visa, you have that digitally and can print it

The stamp is an entry stamp and normal.
