How can I obtain a high-resolution version of the Thai immigration form for a 60-day extension of stay?
Can anyone help me?I want to download this paper but resolution in that paper is not good.Please give download link or jepg.

I went to Nakhon Pathom Immigration today, and all the forms they have they give you in person to fill out, in ink. They don't want any pre-filled out forms.
I didn't see a form like this, and this wasn't one of the forms they give out for a 60 day extension of stay based on not being able to travel due to COVID-19 without an Embassy letter.
The only thing you can do is just go down yourself in person.

Last time,I get free 30 days extension from Nakhon Pathom Immigration Office.My friend help me with many papers.Among them,I don't know that paper.I get extension until 30Nov.I need to make extension now.I don't know form number. Benjamin ******
