Planning travel m to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam at the beginning of next week.

Is it mandatory to submit my application first and then add the family as dependents? Or can we all be submitted together?

Everyone needs their own application but yours must be approved first for them to apply as dependents based on yours

You submit and get approved first, then you apply for the others. Part of their application is showing evidence that you have a DTV
