Do I need an appointment for a Thai consulate in Savanakhet or just in Vientiane for a tourist visa?
I want to go to Laos for a 60 day tourist visa but the booking in Vientiane is full until the 14th. Do I need an appointment for Thai consulate in Savanakhet or just Vientiane? I prefer Savanakhet anyways, just harder to get to from CNX.
