TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster seeks advice on whether it is wise for a Nigerian national who has faced two rejections for a tourist visa to Thailand to apply for a visa in Malaysia. Commenters note the challenges that Nigerian passport holders may face due to increased scrutiny and shared information between immigration offices. They advise that the individual may still need to undergo interviews in Malaysia and highlight the possibility of their visa rejections being noted in the system.

Probably found you have ties to Nigeria scam center 555

They'll definitely have to go for an interview in Malaysia so not straightforward.

If you been denied 2x, the Thai Government/Immigration share information & most likely flagged your passport info barring you from renewing until next following year. It doesn't matter if you go to another country they use the same system and can see your denial in there system.

Some African continent nationals face extra scrutiny and processing times at many embassies. You'll need to check thoroughly through the embassy website and see if that's true for Nigerians at the Thai Malaysian embassies. Do you know why they were rejected, and if it was 2 different embassies?
