Is the best healthcare found in Bangkok? I am looking for destinations for people who are concerned about having access to high level emergency services. Does anyone know if there is high quality care in Ubon? If anyone knows how emergency medical care is given to Farang, it would be especially valuable to hear from you. As in, do emergency operators usually speak English? Thank you!

Well Thailand ranks 9 in the world according to this and USA 38 so you know what I'm saying!!

From all my experiences with health care around the world Thailand is fantastic! USA is shit unless you are rich as!!

Best hospital in Thailand is Bumrungrad. All doctors and Vets took part of their class in English. Just go slow and they should be able to understand you.

it is good, but not the best. It is simply the most expensive, as it is a private for profit hospital.

it feels more like a hotel with lots of restaurants etc to me.... does not feel like a hospital. (I hate going to hospital.)
