Really difficult question to answer if you haven't sampled all the hospitals in Bangkok. How else could you compare. That said, I used Yanhee Hospital twice and they ere very professional, quick with an international office with translators. Prices were reasonable.

When I worked in Vaccine Trials for Hepatitis we did a lot of work with Dr's at Chula hospital. They were seen as world renowned liver specialists

Bumrungrad is a world famous hospital in BKK, try them first!

they are also the most expensive in Thailand. They use misinformation in their heavy marketing to foreigners. There are many other, and much cheaper university public hospitals, that are just as good, and many times better. The Mahidol, and Chulalongkorn university hospital groups are excellent, and in most cases a third the cost, if not more.
