Anyone knows if IELTS score is accepted instead of TOEIC to get a Non-B visa?

For thai nationals the TOEIC is hard but for everyone else it is so easy π in Sweden we dont have TOEIC or can to the test there since it is considered english in schools are at such a high level π but I am thinking of doing it here in Bangkok just for the fun of it and think I will get over 900 but hope for 950+ π
