You have a tourist visa but then again if it's a holiday address that TM30s you (registered on arrival) you should be ok. Why tell them anything else? It's irrelevant to them, you might be staying with a friend, you might want to apply for the correct visa to stay longer. God, some people.

You can't get a year out of a METV so showing them an agreement that exceeds the validity of your visa may not be a good idea.
