No. Your marriage visa is 0 entry. If you leave the country without doing a reentry visa you lose your visa and have to start over again.

... you apply for a 1 year extension after the initial visa and you buy a re-entry permit, single or multiple entry when you apply or you can get them at the airport before you depart, 1000 baht for single, 4000 baht for multiple if you provide the completed form and photos, an additional charge of 200 baht if immigration do those for you.

No, there is no such thing as a multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage anymore.

That choice was eliminated when all the thai consulates went to the eVisa online web-portal. Now the only choice is 90 day single entry.

You get the single entry non-O visa, come in get stamped in for 90 days,

Then you apply for a year extension for 1900baht and after the under consideration period when they stamp the year extension into your passport you BUY a multiple re-entry permit at the immigration office for 3800baht

so you get a 1 year extension and then you can buy the multiple reentry permit after and can come and go? Is this the same procedure for dependent/guardian visa (visa in order to care for a child)?

BearWithMe555 extensions inside the country are sold without any re-entry permit because you're already here. SO once you get an extension inked in if you want to leave/come back during the year you need to buy a re-entry permit
