Trina It's a standard application, the questions don't change based on what you're applying for so not all questions apply to you.

If you get to a field that requires something be uploaded, just put a picture of your passport.

Sure, it doesn't matter. If you put it for a week away, Non-OA will still be issued for 1 year.
