Hello. I intend to use my Bangkok Bank account for the application. Is the bank statement enough or do we need a ownership certificate of that account signed/stamped by the bank? Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether a bank statement from Bangkok Bank is sufficient for their visa application, or if they need an ownership certificate of that account. Comments suggest that a downloadable bank statement may be adequate, but confirmatory requirements can vary by embassy. Some recommend obtaining stamped statements for additional assurance, especially since Bangkok Bank might have stricter guidelines compared to others.

Read the requirements on the website of the specific Embassy you will apply at.

Or search the group for that specific Embassy.

Since there are differences based on which Embassy.

Just 200 baht and you will receive the bank statements with the bank stamp and signature. Bangkok Bank is slightly stricter than other banks.

I printer out my bank statement along with my foreign bank statement so they could verify my active one-way transfer to my Bangkok bank for my use in TH. Its accepted. But again. It all depends on the embassy you are applying from.

Downloadable statement should be enough, it has all the relevant info, depends on the embassy.
