Hello! I am to pick up my (hopefully approved) non o visa today after applying for it at Chiang Mai immigration a Few weeks ago. Does anybody know if this is a quick process- I was told to wait in a line I think at window five β-is this something I should be planning many hours for is it or is it a simple pick up and go? Thank you and have a great day ππΎππ

TLDR : Answer Summary
The process of picking up your Non-O visa at Chiang Mai immigration can vary depending on the length of the line. Once you receive your passport with the visa, it should be a straightforward process of checking that the details are correct before leaving. Generally, it may take some time to wait in line, but it is usually not an overly lengthy procedure.

, You went thru the under consideration process and now you're going back to the the Non-O visa and a new 90 day entry stamp inked into your passport
the problems you had APPLYING for the Non-O are behind you. I have never seen someone have their application accepted and turn up on the "come back on this day and NOT be approved. You WILL get the visa and entry stamp
AND not to be snarky or not, BUT it will take as long as it takes.

It depends on how long the line is :( Ideally, once you get the passport, you'd just look at it, make sure the sticker's date and other information is right, and then you'd leave. But it's just going through the line.

So Iβll get in line to drop the passport off and then I have to wait until they process the passport
