TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the visa application processing time after submitting their application in Hanoi, noting a wait of over 10 days without a response. Community members provided insights, indicating that processing usually takes 10-15 business days and highlighted upcoming Thai holidays that could affect processing times. The user later updated that their application was approved after a total wait of around 6 business days. Additional comments discussed concerns about extending a visit if waiting for a visa approval while on a short stay in Vietnam.

Anyway... If you get into Vietnam with the 15 days free exception visa... And they take more than 15 days to approve it... Can be possible to extend that time inside Vietnam?

That's around 6 business days, it can take 10-15 business days to get approved. Today and tomorrow are Thai govt holidays, so Wed next working day.
