How long does it take to get a DTV approved in Thailand, and what documents are required?

Workcation DTV approved in 10 working days, Ho Chi Minh. EU passport.

Note that there were 3 national holidays around that time so it was 2.5 weeks in total.

Applied on the 27th of April (national holiday).

Request for additional documents on 8th of May.

I initially sent 4 months of bank statements from my business account as well as two personal accounts, they later asked for 6 months. Also didn’t initially add a letter describing my work or clients (just a cover letter with a brief summary). With the additional documents I mentioned the amounts I had in my accounts in both euro as well as Thai baht, explained my work, clients etc. I’m self employed for the last 5 years. Also sent two recent client contracts.

They also asked for all pages of my passport.

The most frustrating part was getting the pages if my passport in a small enough pdf. This took several hours.
