got my dtv approved in brazil

 (i’m brazilian obviously!!!) 

I applied on october 1st and on 10/02 they asked me for additional documents, I sent all my application in portuguese and they asked me to send some documents and proof translated to english. On the same day they changed the status again to pending document check and 10/06, 4 days after my visa got approved 

very fast and okay, I sent a lot of documents extra just in case but they didn’t asked for more only to translate some pages ￼

So the processing is the 1st stage. And the pending document check is the 2nd stage right?

I applied for DTV since 24 September and it is ( Pending Document check ) until today.

They didnot ask me for any additional document yet.

Congratulations! Thanks for your report. Unusual that they couldn't understand Portuguese in Brasilia? That's a joke by the way! Diplomatic staff would be Thai and clerical support locals. Who knows where your application was actually processed?

Barnabas Collins they only asked for 2 documents translated to english, not sure why but they didn’t and it worked out!!
