Hello,

I applied for DTV from Jakarta (we both are Pakistani national but hold 2 years indonesian residence permit), I want to know once the main applicant DTV is approved, how long will take it for dependent?

Also for dependent, would I have to upload my bank statement or some kind of a letter stating that she's a housewife and I'll be meeting her expenses?

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The approval process for a dependent's DTV visa is generally quicker than for the main applicant, with an estimated time of around 10 business days, although this can vary depending on the embassies' workload. To support the application, it is necessary to provide a letter indicating your willingness to financially support the dependent, as well as your bank statements. Additionally, a marriage certificate is required to validate the relationship.

Dependents are often approved quicker than the main applicant but it is a busy season now for embassies. Anticipate around 10 business days. Yes, a letter outlining willingness to sponsor is required along with bank/finance details.
