Hello , maybe have been asked but asking again lol,  I have USA PASSPORT , can I apply in Manila for DTV  , I have no legal ties to Philippines, was just trying to do this without returning to my home country

You also have to demonstrate how you work online. The Workcation DTV is for remote work only.
