I have a Non Immigrant O (Marriage visa) Multiple Entry valid until September 30 2020. I would like to extend another year. This will be my first one year extension. My question is about the reapplication process, and specifically about proof of finance.

I do not receive a monthly salary of 40,000 THB. Can you please confirm how long I need to have had 400k THB in my account before applying for the visa?

Last year it was 2 months, I just read it is now 3 months. I will have 400k in my account for 2 months ie at the end of this month. But not 3 months, which was at the end of June. So this detail is crucial for me.

Can you please advise what the policy now is, and if it is 3 months, any advice on how I should proceed? Can I delay my application somehow?

Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on the reapplication process for extending their Non Immigrant O (Marriage) visa and specifically inquiring about the financial requirements for proof of finances. They mention having 400,000 THB in their account for 2 months but are uncertain if the requirement has changed from 2 months to 3 months prior to applying. Community responses indicate that the typical requirement remains at 2 months, plus an additional period to confirm the amount remains available during processing.

Samut Prakhan Immigratiom ask for 2 months before applying and then when you collect after 30 days under consideration to prove it is still 400k. So 3 months in total
