What issues could I face with my visa application documents submitted from Vientiane, Laos?

Hello, I am wondering what may have been the problem with my original documents... (Vietniane, Laos - Soft Power Application)

The 2nd one I can somewhat understand - the document my school provided was very large, and I had to use a tool to make the file smaller, which altered the quality a bit, but it was still legible...

But for the bank statements I provided proof from February,, March and April - I would have sent May also but I am unable to access previous months' statements until the middle of the following month - so I'm not entirely sure what to do here... Did this happen to anyone else?
