TLDR : Answer Summary
When arriving in Thailand with a 60/90 day E-Visa, you should present your printed copy along with your passport at immigration. It's advisable to ensure you receive the correct 60-day stamp instead of a 30-day stamp after your passport has been processed. For extensions at immigration offices, a printed copy of the E-Visa is often required as showing it digitally may not be acceptable.

Hand the IO the printed copy with your passport

If you’re after an extension at an immigration office to get a 30 day extension then they’ll almost certainly want a copy of the evisa you have. Showing on a phone won’t help. Each office has its own rules so perhaps yours will allow you to show a digital image but I doubt it.

Thais love paper copies of everything. You’ll be fine 😊

Have a printed copy and hand it over with your passport. As soon as you step away from the counter check your passport to make sure you got the correct 60 day stamp and not a mistaken 30 day stamp. Then go wait for your luggage.
