Hi all. Has anybody been able to use their Thai travel vouchers to book flights with Thai Airways please. I've searched everywhere and cannot see how to do it online. Needless to day impossible to contact by phone and emails not replied to.  Grateful for any guidance. 🙂🙏

When I wanted to use upgrade vouchers or use airlines I would go into an office. They were useless otherwise. I was Gold with them for 14 years. They can go dance these days. Really only use them Bangkok to Tokyo route as timing is good. Europe we use Finnair

Give them a call. I've had my vouchers for 18 months and used them all gradually on domestic flights. I didn't lose one single baht. They've been fantastic
