Or there's easy way to do it? Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the retirement visa process in Thailand, specifically regarding the requirement of having 800,000 baht deposited in a Thai bank account. They are facing difficulties in transferring funds from their U.S. bank to Thailand and seek advice on whether withdrawing money and depositing it in Thailand would be acceptable for immigration purposes, as well as alternative methods to facilitate the transfer.

To apply for the conversion into a Non immigrant O visa based on being over 50 years inside Thailand at the immigration Office you need the 800.000 Thb on a Thai bank account in your name and the money must be deposited from abroad.

Every international bank can use the Swift code method to transfer money to any international bank in other countries, how your special bank branche has to transfer the money is not a Thai Visa question. you have to talk to your bank about this, good luck.

Wait, let's back up... what is a "retirement visa"?

The part of your question that I think is important.. "do the immigration accept if I pull out money and deposit it here" please check if I am wrong but the origin of the 800k baht is not put to question. In my experience they are looking for 800k baht in your Thai bank account for a certain amount of time verified through letter from your bank.

I’ve had no problems transferring funds from Wells Fargo to Bangkok bank. Talk to the department at chase that does international wire transfers.

Do you have a bank account here in Thailand already? I'm surprised if a US bank can't wire money into a Thai bank account.

Have Chase Bank wire the money to Bangkok Bank New York City...

Or use Transferwise and state reason for retirement in Thailand.

Suggest you ask your good question on the Facebook Transferwise Sokutions forum

They are most helpful.
