Summary so far
The user is inquiring about the eligibility to apply for a retirement visa in Thailand, specifically asking if bank funds that have only been in their account for 5 weeks meet the requirement. The comments mainly revolve around technical issues with visa applications, particularly the submission process and payment discrepancies, rather than addressing the user's main query.

There is ability to delete an application.

The two recommended browsers are Chrome and Firefox, what are you using? Suggest you clear the cache of whatever browser you're using and possibly login using incognito mode.

No. I made sure of it. And it says tourist visa on the payment section. Not multiple entry.

Unless you're in New Zealand, you made a mistake somewhere, because a single entry tourist visa is not that much, only a multiple entry tourist visa is that much.

Does this happen when just entering information (text) or when uploading documents, then hitting save?

Loy Spark uploading documents and then pressing save. I finally submitted it and it says payment for TOURIST VISA not multiple entry for $200. Not $40

Not there. All my attempts at saving and submitting my application get deleted automatically. Never had this problem in past years.

If you got as far as the payment page after submitting, it should still be on the front page when you login. You can go back in and submit payment.

Nope. It just shows my visa application from last year. A.I. suggested using a different browser than Chrome. I tried Edge and that doesn't work either. It just keeps deleting each new application after pressing save.
