Hi I’m going to Pattaya in 20 days I have a dtv visa and I’d like to open an account

Any advice or any agency that can help me?

Last update I saw is that it's now costing 12,000-15,000 baht to open a bank account with an agent. So be prepared for sticker shock. Determine if you really need a bank account, or if the new TAGTHAi app will be sufficient since it allows you to use QR code payments.

Will be interesting to see if they can. They use the same branch as the others mentioned. All the agents used to be in the bank with their t-shirts on getting places in the queues as clients driven to the bank. Dozens of accounts must have been opened per day at high season a couple of years ago.

TikTok Services used to open on any visa but I am not sure if still they do today. They are on FB - message them as they are quite responsive.
