To obtain a Thailand tourist visa, you must apply at a Thai embassy or consulate outside of Thailand, as there are no reliable agents who can assist with this process. A single entry tourist visa allows for a stay of 60 days with a possible local extension of 30 days, while a multiple entry visa is valid for six months. Alternatively, citizens of certain countries may benefit from a 60-day visa exemption upon arrival.

A single entry tourist visa gives you 60 days with possibility for a 30 days local extension. A multiple entries tourist visa is valid for six months.
If you’re a citizen of one of the 93 countries entitled to visa exemption, you can just come and get a 60 day’s free stamp upon arrival without any visa and also apply for a 30 days extension at your local immigration.

You can only get a tourist visa outside of Thailand at a Thai embassy or consulate. There's no agents that can help you with that.
