How can I obtain a notarised and translated version of my Portuguese IRS tax statement while living in Thailand?

Hello

I have been a resident in Portugal from 2020 until 2021. I am Dutch and moved to Thailand in January for work. For my long term residence visa , I need a notarised and translated version of my Portuguese IRS tax statement to proof my income over 2020 and 2021 asap. I contacted the Portuguese embassy here in Bangkok and they said this can only be done at DGACCP in Portugal. Can anyone refer an agency to do this for me?
