Do not forget the tax stamps needed to let this be an official document. And NO, these stamps can not be downloaded, almost every stationary shop and post office sales them with a copy, but you already have that part.

this is only needed when your landlord or host let's you have his I.D. card copy (signed) and blue housebook copy (signed), to do the TM30 registration at the Immigration by yourself. The easier way is, the landlord does the registration by himself, together with you, and registers for the Online TM30 notification, then shares the login and password with you for notifications of future entries when you come from abroad
