Looking in 'files' and I can't find a 'Power of Attorney Form Notification Form for where alien has stay' as a downloadable pdf.

The one in files is in Thai. Just for peace of mind I wanted it in Thai and English (same as last year). The 3rd file (TM30 Proxy Form) Microsoft Word Format) is the one I was after. Thanks for everyone's quick response, enjoy Macha Buchha tomorrow, don't forget to stock up before midnight tonight!

Do not forget the tax stamps needed to let this be an official document. And NO, these stamps can not be downloaded, almost every stationary shop and post office sales them with a copy, but you already have that part.

this is only needed when your landlord or host let's you have his I.D. card copy (signed) and blue housebook copy (signed), to do the TM30 registration at the Immigration by yourself. The easier way is, the landlord does the registration by himself, together with you, and registers for the Online TM30 notification, then shares the login and password with you for notifications of future entries when you come from abroad
