ORIGINAL POSTERGood day. Some advice please. Applied for DTV visa 8th of December. Today 21 days later my application still says processing pending approval. Anyway to contact them and ask why is it taking so long or do i need to be more patient. Applied in Bali, Indonesia.

8th doesn't count. 10th and 25th were holidays so 13 working days. The 31st and 1st will also be holidays. Be patient
