Good day. Some advice please. Applied for DTV visa 8th of December. Today 21 days later my application still says processing pending approval. Anyway to contact them and ask why is it taking so long or do i need to be more patient. Applied in Bali, Indonesia.

Im in charge of all the visas. Im glad you came to Facebook to ask this question. I have a question as simple as your first though, what time should I eat lunch? Should it be early or late? If you can answer this question surely your visa will be granted

8th doesn't count. 10th and 25th were holidays so 13 working days. The 31st and 1st will also be holidays. Be patient
