How can a Costa Rican passport holder transit through Thailand to Laos?

Does  anyone on this site know how it would be possible for a Costa Rican  passport holder to transit through Thailand on their way to Laos. I  believe they need have a transit visa to transfer from DMK to BKK.  Unfortunately it seems the Thai embassy in San Jose is no longer issuing  visas, and there seems to be no way to do e-visa......

Immigration on DMK won't give you a transit visa. If you aren't allowed to enter on visa exempt, you need a TR. Better book an airline through BKK Airport.
