Am I eligible for a 30-day visa exemption when arriving in Thailand from India as a British passport holder?

Hi, a very simple question here from an inexperienced traveller. I'm a British passport holder planning on travelling to Thailand by air from India. Will I still be fine to get the 30 day visa exemption or could this be complicated if I am arriving from India? Thanks :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
A British passport holder traveling to Thailand from India is eligible for a 30-day visa exemption. However, travelers should be prepared to provide certain documents, referred to as the "3 proofs": proof of onward travel, proof of accommodation, and at least 20,000 Thai Baht or its equivalent in foreign currency. While these may not always be requested, having them is important for entry.

As a British passport holder should be OK. But think it is 28 days..

people get stamped in on a 30 day visa exempt entry which is really for 29 days, because they count the day you arrive as day 1

Make sure you have the "3 proof ofs"...Proof of onward travel, Proof of accommodation and 20K Thai Baht or the same in foreign currency. You might not be asked to show this, BUT if an I/O asks for it and you cannot show proof, you can be denied entry into Thailand.
