Question; from October 1st you can stay 45 days (without visa). Before it was 30 days. You can extend one time at the immigration, is that for 30 days (like it was before) or also 45 days?

30 days or 30 + 30 if you are married with a thai citizen.

 30 days or +60 if you have Thai dependants. There's no 30+30

 Yep. If you're eligable for the visa exemption. You have to apply for and pay for the 30 days extention of stay but it's rarely refused
