TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking recommendations for obtaining a 'fit to fly' certificate for themselves and their son while in Central Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Several comments suggest options, including Dr. Donna Medconsult, who charges 400 bt per person, as well as online services and walk-in clinics. Others mention alternatives like Testbeforeyougo.com for COVID-19 test results and keeping an eye on local clinics that provide quick turnaround times for health certifications.

We always recommend Dr Donna, and she has been here awhile.

I have. I’m paying $99 for a 24hour rapid test results back in hand. Kaiser couldn’t guarantee my results back in time.
