TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on obtaining a visa extension at Phangan Immigration due to COVID-19 after already securing a 30-day extension. One commenter shares their experience at Phang Nga Immigration, where they were initially denied a second 30-day extension but successfully obtained a 60-day COVID extension after providing proof of a lockdown in their home country.

Not Phangan, but Phang Nga ☺️ went to get a second 30 day, was denied, but when I said my country is in lockdown (and provided the requested proof by showing them a Dutch government website in English announcing the lockdown), they reluctantly gave me the 60 day Covid extension. Only downside is that it takes effect immediately, so I lost 10 days (my 30 day extension runs out
