Does the Royal Thai Embassy in Bucharest accept Bulgarian Temporary Protection registration as proof for a DTV application?

# Ukrainian with Bulgarian Temporary Protection applying for DTV via Royal Thai Embassy in Bucharest – Looking for data points & experience

Hi everyone,

I am looking for advice or recent experiences from anyone in a similar situation - especially Ukrainian nationals who applied for the DTV using European Temporary Protection or anyone who went through the Royal Thai Embassy in Bucharest (which covers Bulgaria and Romania).

My Situation:

* Citizenship / Passport: Ukrainian International Passport

* Residency Status: Valid Bulgarian Temporary Protection Registration Card (*Регистрационна карта на чужденец с предоставена временна закрила* with Personal Number / ЛНЧ and registered Bulgarian address).

* Jurisdiction: Since Bulgaria does not have a resident Thai Embassy, the e-Visa portal routes applications directly to the Royal Thai Embassy in Bucharest, Romania.

Question:

Does the Embassy accept this Bulgarian Temporary Protection registration card as valid proof of legal residence in Bulgaria for a DTV e-Visa application?
