I have psoriasis (as well as the accompanying psioritic arthritis) and require ongoing dermatology supervision, medications and treatment.
Does anyone know if that will be sufficiently 'serious' to qualify for the ongoing treatment clause for the DTV?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual seeks clarification on whether their conditions, psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, are serious enough to meet the ongoing treatment requirement for a DTV visa in Thailand. Responses indicate that a detailed treatment plan from a doctor will be necessary, but opinions on the likelihood of approval vary.
You have a condition that requires treatment, so it is very likely ok. You need to submit a detailed treatment plan from your doctor for at least 6 months, the longer the better.
