TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you need to go to immigration in person to obtain a Certificate of Residence for renewing your driver's license. To do this, you will require a copy of your TM30 from your landlord, copies of all your visa pages, and to fill out the TM15 form at immigration. Additionally, a medical certificate may be needed for the driver’s license renewal, and you might also need to take an online test. Alternatively, you can request a residence certificate from your country’s embassy, but it may incur additional costs.

Yes. Get a copy of your TM30 from your landlord. Copy all your visa pages and get the form TM15 from immigration to fill out for Certificate of Residence.

Then you need a medical certificate for your dl renewal and may have to take an online test.
