The Thai Pass is valid for 72 hours from the time of your PCR test prior to departure to Thailand. If your flight was scheduled for December 8 and got canceled, you can rebook your flight within 72 hours without issues. Additionally, the Thai Pass is generally valid for up to three months from the date of issue. Be mindful of the PCR test timing for your rebooked flight.
