I travel  march I have my thai past and relevant  documents   but on my return  in April I fly dubai  firs to change planes do I need another  pcr test too go in Thailand  to return  too England  any advice  please

You dont need a PCR test to return to the UK. I dont know about transitting through Dubai, you'd have to check with Emirates but I dont think it's needed.
