Hello, as a French applying for DTV in Vietnam, I translated most of the documents in English, but what about the bank statement and my 6 months salary, it’s mostly numbers.. Should it be translated from French to English too ..?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a DTV visa in Vietnam, it's necessary to translate your bank statement and salary slips from French to English. Although the documents contain mostly numbers, having a complete English translation is important for the application process. One user confirmed that they submitted both an English translation detailing their deposits and credits along with the original statements, which was approved.

I submitted an English translation with a few deposits and credits for each month and submitted the original in full. Approved In Taipei..

But did you translate it in the same format, the same layout? Is the translated document identical to the original?

layout was a different as I have a Japanese bank account and the statement uses a lot of lines and details..i just simplified it showing credit and debit , highlighted salary deposits. Titled it Account Summary in English. Inc my name account number, pasted and copy bank logo on it

I gave 6 months of statements, original and translated. 6 month salary, original and translated. I applied in person in Taipei so handed them in.
