TLDR : Answer Summary
When arriving at Bangkok airport (BKK) with a one-way ticket, you may be asked to show proof of onward travel. It is advisable to have additional documentation ready, such as proof of funds (20,000 baht or equivalent) and a hotel booking, even if you are from a country that does not require a visa for entry, like Germany.

Remember you can ALWAYS be asked for proof of funds 20K baht (or the equivalent) in cash, proof of onward travel (within the time you're being stamped in for) and proof of a hotel booking.

if you manage to check in and board your plane you should be fine, you won't have a problem once you get here

i understand what you mean. Actually i do have a return ticket. but on my other passport. But i want to comin to thailand on my german passport.

you are comin' in on a 30 day visa exempt entry stamp then.

I'd say IF you manage to check in with your airline without proof of onward travel coming here without a valid visa for thailand in your passport you are highly unlikely to be asked for proof of onward travel once you land here.

It's the airline you're comin' here on that could cause you the problem when you check in.

what type of visa are you coming to thailand on?
