Do I need to register for the digital entry card if I fly from Bangkok to Chiang Mai after entering Thailand?

Hi I need some little help.

Enter Thailand the 29th of April, but my question is I want to fly from Bangkok to Chiangmai on the 11th of May and do I need the registered for the digital entry card?
