Where can I get a same-day COVID PCR test near Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok?

Covid PCR Test:

I have already booked my Covid PCR test with Mediconsult (Dr Donna) as recommended by many people.

However, I may have to change my flight in Bangkok and would only have one day there before flying. Is there anywhere in Bangkok where you can get test results in just a few hours? Somewhere potentially near or in Suvarnabhumi Airport? Iโ€™m living in remote North Thailand now, so getting my test in Bangkok is the easiest option for me.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry discusses the need for a COVID PCR test due to potential flight changes in Bangkok, seeking options for quick results, especially near Suvarnabhumi Airport. Various comment threads explore test types (RT-PCR or Rapid Antigen), requirements for international travel, and recommendations for clinics like Dr. Donna's, which reportedly provides same-day results if visited early enough.

Originally my plan was to allow two days to get the results, but since I may be changing my flight I was just seeing if there were any really fast track options.

it would be wise she come to Bangkok TWO DAYS before her international flight out of Thailand.

Does everyone have to do these tests before leaving for boarding the plane or does it depend on the country you are flying to and that destination countries entry requirements?

For me itโ€™s required for my flight to Australia.

. It's to the UK via Qatar and a link the airline sent said just a test 2 days after I arrive to UK. Was just a bit worried I wasn't clear on leaving Thai if they had some special requirement. thx
Bobby ********
Baron Crowden. You do NOT need a test to leave Thailand. You MAY need a test to satisfy airline requirements AND/OR destination country requirements, so there is no standard answer

Thanks James, I know about Medconsult clinic. Iโ€™ve already booked an appointment with them and I know their test result times. I was hoping there might be a different place that could do it in just a few hours due to last minute changes I may have to make to my departure from Thailand.

why worry? Comr to Bangkok two days befote your departure. Less stress that way.
